I am Vampire Gran and I reside in Portland, Oregon with my pool playin’ super star wife, Katie. My name is Patty. I wish it were something cool like, Mortisha or Elvira, or even cooler Vampirella, but no, it’s Patricia. Of course, there is a story behind my Vampire Gran personna, but I am saving it for when Oprah or Ellen call and want me to be on their show. They will assist me in hyping my blog and selling my cookbooks. And yes, I will even dance with Ellen. My goal with this blog is to share what I know about food, cooking, baking and just having fun.
I have been vegetarian for over 34 years. Several of my original recipes have been published in major magazines over the years. I’ve taught vegetarian cooking classes as well as doing some dabbling in catering and special order cakes.
